POLICY STATEMENT
We at A Rose Without A Thorn want your on-line shopping experience to be as enjoyable
as possible. Many of our items are handcrafted, when using vintage linens these should not be
viewed as 'Like New' and will contain wear and tear commensurate with age. Please read the
following information carefully before making your purchase.
LAY-A-WAY
For all large items such as quilts or if you wish to purchase multiple items we do provide a
three month Lay-A-Way on orders $300.00 and above and a reserve will be placed on the items of
your choice. On completion of the three payments your items will be mailed to you. Please
email me on the items you require to be reserved through the Contact Us link.
PAYMENT WITHIN THE U.S.
Paypal is the preferred method of payment and for sales within the United States we accept
major credit cards and E checks through Paypal, money orders will also be accepted. Payment
is due at the time of purchase through Paypal and money orders are due within 7 days of our
initial email. If payment is not received in the allocated time frame the item will be
placed back into inventory and offered for sale.
SHIPPING WITHIN THE U.S.
Purchases are shipped out with either USPS, UPS.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND PAYMENT
We will ship worldwide and all international sales must be insured. If you are ordering
from a country other than the US, please use the Contact Us button at the top of the page
for a shipping quote. Please keep in mind that international purchases may be subject to a duty
charge. For more information, please contact your local customs office. All international sales
MUST be paid using Paypal, no exceptions.
RETURNS
As many of our items are individually handcrafted they are non-refundable. Please ask any
questions before you make your purchase, as all sales will be final.
PRIVACY
We respect your privacy and assure you that we will not give or sell any of your information to
a third party without your permission.
